At The Oakley Court, we love the seasons that make up a year and we’re even bigger fans of the fresh ingredients that stem from each one. Backstage in our kitchen is where all the behind-the-scenes magic happens. So our chefs came up with the genius idea of creating our very own culinary Eden right here in our backyard to use for our luxurious dining options in Windsor. And what the team doesn’t know about a vegetable and what to do with it, isn’t worth the chop. We find nothing more satisfying than growing our own seasonal favourites.


If we can’t dig it up from the garden or source from the very best of our local suppliers you won’t find it on our menus.

Our kitchen garden plays a credible role in the one-of-a-kind dining experiences you’ll find at The Oakley Court. It’s what makes us unique – we’re one of the only hotels in Windsor to have one. A trip down to the veg patch each morning is always a special time in our day. Pitching a fork and digging up an exciting array of produce is like Christmas all year round and each harvest is more memorable than the last.
