Our kitchen garden, and hand-picked suppliers and producers, are brought together by chefs Gerasimos Stefanatos & Joanna Chalikia in our house menu alongside daily specials.
Guest chefs Matt Zielonka 'The Pasta Man', the master Executive Chef Shimizu Akira of AKIRA restaurant at Japan House and Johnnie Collins of 180 Strand will be hosting throughout the year at Oakley.

Served in The Parlour our great pride in this English tradition means our executive chef has remained faithful to the classic combination of finger sandwiches, scones served warm, and sweet delicacies accompanied by a remarkable selection of wonderful loose leaf tea and served every day from 12pm-4pm in the Parlour. Also available as a savoury or plant-based afternoon tea.
